    WHAT MAKES THIS SERIES UNIQUE?

    In this immersive series, we will explore Integrative Restoration (iRest)® Yoga Nidra, a research-backed practice that promotes self-regulation, stress reduction, and emotional resilience. Rooted in neuroscience and mindfulness, iRest helps restore the body and mind to their natural balance.

     

    Each practice session will include tools to enhance mental clarity, emotional regulation, cognitive function, and overall well-being, making it ideal for leaders, professionals, and anyone seeking greater resilience in daily life.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

    What will be included with each weekly session?

    You can expect each session to be approximately 45-50 minutes in length. This includes 15 minutes to check-in and learn a bit about the practice/theme. Then, you’ll experience a 20-30 min guided practice, followed by 5-10 minutes for integration and closing.

    What is Yoga Nidra?

    Yoga nidra is so much more than a relaxation practice. It is a process of meditative self-inquiry that offers an opportunity for you to come home to your true Self – without all the walls, masks and protective layers of conditioning. Through this powerful practice, we welcome all that arises, just at it is – improving our ability to thrive in the world, regardless of circumstance.

     

    Do I have to register for every month?
    No, register for the month(s) that you are interested in! Registrations must be submitted two days prior to the first session of the month you intend to participate. For example, register by March 30 to participate in the April session, that starts on April 1.

     

    What if I miss a weekly session?

    You are welcome to watch the recording for any weeks missed. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions.

     

    What if there are more than four Tuesdays in a month?
    I will publish the calendar when registration opens for the given month. You’ll know which weeks we will be practicing before registering.

     

    How will I receive the Zoom link?

    A zoom link will be sent to all registered participants approximately one week prior to the start of the monthly session.

     

    Can I share this series with a friend?

    Yes, please feel free to forward this invite to a friend. They are welcome to register for the month and please ask them to contact me with any questions.

    This restorative Yoga Therapy Clinic is designed to support you through the grief process.

    ​

    Understand how the breath can help regulate fear and anxiety that often accompany a significant loss. Learn simple mind-body practices that you can turn to when you need it most.

    Unlike a traditional yoga class, this session includes a bit of information sharing and a 90-minute restorative yoga practice combining gentle movement, deep relaxation, and mindfulness meditation.

     

    No yoga experience is needed.
