This restorative Yoga Therapy Clinic is designed to support you through the grief process.
Understand how the breath can help regulate fear and anxiety that often accompany a significant loss. Learn simple mind-body practices that you can turn to when you need it most.
Unlike a traditional yoga class, this session includes a bit of information sharing and a 90-minute restorative yoga practice combining gentle movement, deep relaxation, and mindfulness meditation.
