Yoga found me when I needed it most. For years, I have suffered from chronic back pain due to a history of severe scoliosis. Yoga has allowed me to manage physical pain and more importantly, my relationship to the associated pain and anxiety. Through my yoga practice, I have gained a deep understanding of my body, mind and my spiritual self. 

I have worked as a management consultant for decades, advising leaders in organizations across a variety of industries. In my consulting work, I specialize in leadership coaching, change management, and mindfulness. I have led many diverse groups through transformative change and and I am passionate about working with leaders to create environments that foster agility and effectiveness.


Given my corporate experience, I understand first-hand the demands of today’s work environment and the challenges that many people face with balancing multiple commitments and staying focused, while creating better health and managing stress. It's hard to "do it all" when time is limited. Too often, people choose to put their health and well-being on the back burner, which can unfortunately have a negative impact on health, relationships, spiritual connection, and work.

The ancient practices of yoga and mindfulness have been transformational for me and my life. I feel more empowered to heal myself, to manage my back-related pain and thrive amidst stress and anxiety. My personal experience inspired me to pursue a career in Yoga Therapy. I am thrilled to be part of the emerging field of yoga therapy, seeking to integrate complementary healing approaches within our current healthcare system.

I am deeply committed to bringing the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness to as many people as possible. I bring a unique combination of skills and experiences to my yoga therapy practice: leaning heavily on my firsthand experience with chronic pain, plus coaching, training, and facilitating teams, managing change, and creating resilience.

Education and Credentials

Jennifer is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She completed her yoga therapy training with the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, California. She has over 1200 training hours in yoga and yoga therapy including study and practical application of Pain, Movement Disorders, Ayurveda, Yoga for Mood Management, Scoliosis, Meditation, PTSD, Grief, and Healing with Chakras.


Jennifer is a certified teacher of Yoga of the Heart Cancer and Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs through Abundant Well-Being.


Jennifer has been teaching yoga since 2009 and leading corporate mindfulness sessions since 2014.
