HOW IT WORKS
This session is specifically designed for clients wishing to improve posture and/or alleviate back pain. Each session includes gentle movement, breath practice, deep relaxation, and meditation. Lots of modifications are offered.
A short health history will be completed prior to beginning the program.
Participants receive a Healthy Back plan with simple, effective practices to do at home.
Absolutely no yoga experience is needed! Chairs and other materials provided.
